Vietnam, Russia strengthen nuclear energy cooperation
Diplomacy is bringing change to Vietnam as the country recently engaged in discussions with the Russian Federation to strengthen cooperation in nuclear energy development. Most recently, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on 11 December called with Mr. Alexey Likhachev, General Director of Russia's State Atomic Energy Corporation, to discuss and advance these initiatives.
