On 13 December, the remains of an American serviceman listed as missing in action were handed over to representatives of the U.S. Government by the Viet Nam Office Seeking Missing Persons (VNOSMP) at Gia Lam Airport.
Diplomacy is bringing change to Vietnam as the country recently engaged in discussions with the Russian Federation to strengthen cooperation in nuclear energy development.
