The development of Vietnam-China railway connectivity is being identified as a strategic breakthrough in bilateral economic cooperation. This was emphasised by Party General Secretary Tô Lâm during an on-site inspection in Lạng Sơn, also attended by Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính.
