Severe flooding, high landslide risk in Northeast Vietnam
Due to intense, heavy rainfall in 7 October, over 500 communes and wards in Northern Vietnam are facing a moderate to very high risk of flash floods and landslides, especially in the provinces of Cao Bang, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, and Lao Cai.
