Due to intense, heavy rainfall in 7 October, over 500 communes and wards in Northern Vietnam are facing a moderate to very high risk of flash floods and landslides, especially in the provinces of Cao Bang, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, and Lao Cai. The widespread flooding situation continues to evolve complicatedly.
