85 years ago, on 28 January, 1941, after three decades seeking a path for Vietnam's independence across 29 countries and territories, Nguyễn Ái Quốc (President Hồ Chí Minh) returned to Cao Bằng Province to directly lead the Vietnamese revolution. His return marked the beginning of the decisive victories that shaped the course of the Vietnamese Revolution. Our report explores how Cao Bằng became the starting point of the revolution.
