Vietnamese top leader concludes visits to Australia, New Zealand

Party General Secretary and President To Lam concluded his State visits to Australia and New Zealand on 14 August, marking the first visit by the top Vietnamese leader to the two Comprehensive Strategic Partners in the South Pacific since Vietnam upgraded its relations with Australia in March 2024 and with New Zealand in February 2025.
