On the afternoon of 14 December, the Vietnam–Laos Student Cultural Exchange Festival (LaoSao Fest) took place at the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam in Hanoi. The event brought together more than 200 students from both countries to promote exchange and mutual understanding among the younger generations of Vietnam and Laos.
On the evening of 12th December, Vietnam Cinema Week - Journey of Light concluded at Pathé Palace in Paris with the screening of "Red Rain". The film, which previously set box-office records in Vietnam, made a strong impression in Paris, resonating deeply with the Vietnamese community across Europe and international audiences alike.
Pho Day brings together up to 40 booths from different regions of Vietnam, each telling a different story, yet sharing the same foundation: Vietnamese rice. Nearly 50,000 visitors have come to Pho Day for the mouth-watering bowls of Pho in Ho Chi Minh City, and more than 15,000 bowls of Pho were served this morning alone.
On 13 December, as part of Mong Cultural Day 2025, the unique cultural space of Ho Van, an integral part of the Temple of Literature in Hanoi, became a vibrant gathering point for Mong cultural identity. The event brought together eight Mong groups from six provinces and cities, showcasing their traditional costumes, performing arts, and craftsmanship. Vietnam Today reported from the scene.
