On 13 October, the second Vietnam–Cambodia Border Defence Friendship Exchange officially took place, with the participation of high-level delegations from the Ministries of Defence of both countries. The armed forces of the two countries not only work together to safeguard a peaceful border but also to nurture solidarity, mutual understanding, and trust.
Diplomacy is bringing change to Vietnam as the country recently engaged in discussions with the Russian Federation to strengthen cooperation in nuclear energy development.
