The annual "Happy Vietnam 2026" media awards on human rights in Việt Nam, launched its 4th edition on 21 May. The event organised by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with Vietnam Television and Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, officially The awards honour authentic stories that reflect the Vietnamese people’s well-being, human rights, and national development.
