Under Resolution 57, Việt Nam has named science, technology, and digital transformation its top strategic priority. A draft national strategy on artificial intelligence puts concrete numbers to that ambition: domestic computing capacity equivalent to 250,000 high-end GPUs, and at least five Vietnamese-language AI models, by 2030. The first pieces are already in place.
