On 2 July in Hà Nội, the Ministry of National Defence held a press briefing to introduce the Third Việt Nam - Laos Border Defence Friendship Exchange. The two-day event is scheduled for the 9th and 10th of July in the border area between Việt Nam’s Nghệ An Province and Laos’s Bolikhamxay Province.
