Typhoon Bualoi nears central Vietnam, fishermen evacuated

Typhoon Bualoi is expected to make landfall later this evening. According to forecasts, this storm, which is no.10 in Vietnam this year, is moving at a speed of 25 - 30 km/h, tracking west-northwest, closely following the terrain of Central Vietnam, and is expected to bring widespread heavy rain and strong winds.
