According to the latest report from the International Labour Organisation (ILO), Việt Nam leads Southeast Asia in workforce participation within global supply chains, with more than 20 million jobs, accounting for around 35 per cent of the labour force-however, the report flags structural challenges. Notably, 76 per cent of these jobs rely on demand from six trading partners, while high-skilled labour accounts for just 11 per cent.
